Edwin A. Rommel III is the
managing partner and one of the founders of Twilley, Rommel &
Stephens, P.A. He was certified in 1974 and in 1999 became Accredited
in Business Valuation. Ed is a graduate of Loyola College in
Baltimore and is the father of four children. For a ten year period, Ed was heavily involved with the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors, moving through the chairs and assuming the position of President. During the same period, he was President of the St. Francis de Sales School Board. In 2004/2005, Ed was the Chair of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, again after serving on the Board of Directors and holding the offices of Secretary/Treasurer and President Elect. Additionally, Ed represents the State of Maryland on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Council. Ed's areas of expertise include business valuation and tax and accounting issues for the construction/real estate industry and professional firms.
